BACOLOD CITY — Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel are conducting search-and- rescue operations to locate two fishermen who went missing on Thursday, Oct. 31.
Aldin Nepomuceno and Noel Mahinay of Barangay Singcang-Airport in Bacolod have yet to be located, according to Commander Jansen Benjamin, PCG Northern Negros Occidental head.
The two fishermen went fishing in the waters between Banago, Bacolod City, and Talisay City, Negros Occidental at 4 p.m. Tuesday and failed to return home.
